How can I pay?
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay; with TWINT for donations in Swiss francs; and for donations in euros also by SEPA Direct Debit and, depending on your country, methods such as EPS, iDEAL or Bancontact. Which options you see depends on your currency, country and device. A direct debit takes a few working days to confirm. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your payment details.
Will I appear on the wall automatically?
No. Only if you tick the box, and only with the name you choose. You can change or remove your entry at any time via the link in your thank-you email.
What is my donation used for?
For our work with children and young people with chronic illness and their families: our own movement projects, funding strong partners and supporting families directly.
Can I give regularly?
Yes. Choose “Monthly” or “Yearly” in the form and we'll charge the amount automatically. Not every payment method works for recurring payments: the last step shows which ones do. Regular gifts help us most, because they let us plan reliably.
How do I change or end my recurring donation?
Yourself, at any time and without giving a reason: via the link in your confirmation email. There you change the amount, switch the payment method or end the recurring donation with one click. Lost the link? Request a new one on the same page.
Can I donate as a company?
Of course. Tick “I'm donating on behalf of a company” in the form and enter the company name.
Can I donate more than CHF 10,000?
Yes, gladly. We accept donations of up to CHF 10,000 online, and recurring donations of up to CHF 10,000 a year. For larger gifts, we're required by law to carry out a short identity check (KYC): just enter your amount in the donation form and leave your name, email address and phone number. We'll get back to you within two working days.
